Position: Inbound Sales Representative (Remote, inbound calls and warm leads) with Liberty Mutual. You will consult with potential and existing policyholders to determine insurance needs and match coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. You’d Be a Great Fit If You Are

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All Inbound Sales Representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; if you do not have one, paid training includes licensing. Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls, all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift. All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a home workspace with wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload); satellite and mobile internet are not supported. Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to close sales. Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills. Strong typing and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty License required after hire. Pay and Benefits
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth + generous commission. Average first-year earnings range from $55K-$75K (base + commission). Top performers can earn $85k+ in subsequent years. Comprehensive benefits available from Day 1; paid training and licensing in all 50 states. Location
