Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

• Position: Nursery Practitioner
• Salary: £28,038.40 per annum
• Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

Location: Our nursery is located at 22 Grove Road in the charming village of Tiptree, Essex. We offer a safe and serene environment for children, with excellent commuter links to Colchester Town Center, Witham, Maldon, and surrounding areas.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, providing high-quality care and education in a safe environment.
• Observe, assess, and plan engaging activities that support each child's learning and development.
• Collaborate with your team, demonstrating a flexible attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
• Follow risk assessments diligently and report health and safety matters to management.
• Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
• Fluency in written and spoken English (essential)
• Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years (desirable)
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable)
