Early Years Assistant

Position: Nursery Practitioner - Level 2

Salary: £27,206 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Provide exceptional care and education tailored to each child's individual needs in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Plan and deliver engaging early years activities that stimulate learning and development.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
• Conduct risk assessments and report any health and safety concerns to management.
• Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification: Essential
• Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
• Experience in Early Years: Over 1 year is desirable
• Knowledge of EYFS and regulatory requirements: Desirable
