Position: Nursery Practitioner - Level 3
Hours: 24 hours per week
Salary: £16,947 per annum / £13.58 per hour

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our children. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting each child’s individual needs while providing a high standard of care and education in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Planning and delivering engaging, stimulating activities that cater to each child’s unique learning and development.
- Collaborating with a dynamic team, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, regularly reviewing and applying them.
- Conducting risk assessments and reporting any health and safety concerns to management.
- Supporting the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to SucceedTo thrive in this role, you will need:
- A full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification (essential).
- Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
- Over 1 year of experience in Early Years (desirable).
- Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
