Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Work Experience: Three (3) years clinical experience with two (2) years in an area of specialty and one (1) year as an MHS employee. Other Information: National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) credential is preferred.**Department Specific Credentials**- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) for NICU,- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for Pediatric areas- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) for Adult areasNote: For added clarification, see Mandatory Education Requirements Grid.
