*Position Overview*
We are seeking a passionate and skilled *Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* to join our multidisciplinary therapy team. The ideal clinician will be experienced in evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders across the lifespan and committed to delivering client-centered, evidence-based care.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in pediatric and/or adult populations
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals
* Provide skilled therapeutic intervention using evidence-based techniques
* Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans accordingly, and communicate outcomes effectively with families and care teams
* Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements
* Collaborate closely with behavioral and therapy colleagues to support integrated treatment planning
* Educate caregivers and families on home carry-over strategies and communication support
*Required Qualifications*
* Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Valid Virginia SLP license or eligibility for licensure
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
* Experience evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders
* Strong clinical reasoning and therapeutic skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Preferred Experience*
* Pediatric and/or adult outpatient therapy experience
* Experience in interdisciplinary care settings
* Familiarity with evidence-based techniques for articulation, language, fluency, voice, and dysphagia therapy
*Position Highlights*
