About the Role We are looking for a
highly proactive and results-driven IT Project Manager
to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on
digital platforms, consumer-facing applications, and operational improvements .
This role is ideal for someone who can
own projects end-to-end , work closely with business and technology teams, and drive the successful delivery of
web, mobile, or customer-facing solutions .
The ideal candidate is
energetic, execution-focused , and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments where they can influence stakeholders and drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of
IT and digital projects , including web and mobile applications, system enhancements, and process improvements
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics, ensuring on‑time and high‑quality execution
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including
Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders
Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and issue resolution across multiple initiatives
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation and integration of systems
Support
consumer-facing platforms
by improving user experience, workflows, and overall performance
Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications
Lead change management and ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
Track KPIs and continuously identify opportunities for operational and process improvements
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in
IT Project Management or Program Management
Proven experience delivering
consumer-facing applications (web, mobile, or digital platforms)
Strong understanding of
project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Experience managing
cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to drive projects
proactively with strong ownership and accountability
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
Experience with project management tools such as
Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project
PMP certification preferred
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience in
home services or field services industry
Exposure to
SaaS or third‑party software implementations
Understanding of
system integrations and operational workflows
