Job Description We are looking for a Technical Lead for our Quality Control System Project, where you will be the architect and driving force behind a mission‑critical piece of our clinical product platform. This isn't just about equipment; it’s about creating a seamless, automated bridge between various analytical tools and a microfluidic fluid path.
Key Responsibilities
Own the technical development of the QC system from concept to market readiness, converting research methods into a commercial product
Lead the system architecture, integrating analytical instruments into a custom automated fluidic sampling and measurement system
Serve as the primary technical interface to CDMO partners, managing deliverables and ensuring alignment with technical and quality requirements
Ensure the system meets regulatory and quality standards in Pharma/Med-Tech environments
Coordinate cross‑functional technical work across disciplines (engineering, chemistry, physics) to deliver a cohesive system
Solve complex integration challenges across hardware, fluidics, data interfaces, and analytical components
Collaborate with CMC, regulatory, and quality teams to ensure the system meets pharmaceutical QC and validation requirements
Requirements
Proven track record bringing complex industrial products to market in regulated sectors (Pharma, Biopharma, Med-Tech), from prototype to validated, market‑ready systems
Strong systems engineering background with ability to integrate hardware, fluidics, analytical technologies (e.g., NMR), and data interfaces
Experience with fluid management systems (microfluidics, single‑use assemblies) and analytical QC equipment
Hands‑on experience managing outsourced development/manufacturing with CDMOs
Ability to technically lead complex projects across internal teams and external partners
Strong communication skills to translate complex technical topics for diverse stakeholders
Understanding of pharmaceutical QC environments, including GMP and equipment qualification
Familiarity with QC laboratory instruments (e.g., NMR, pH meters, related systems)
Offer
Attractive compensation package, including a competitive base salary and stock options
Key role in a highly advanced and fast‑growing startup company
Impactful product promoting better understanding and treatment of cancer
International team, from over 30 different nationalities
Positive work environment with open communication and a collaborative mindset
