Job Summary We are hiring Inside Sales Representatives to work with inbound calls and warm leads, consulting potential and existing policyholders about their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. The role is part of our Contact Center Sales Organization and includes paid training, a comprehensive license requirement, and a dynamic, supportive work environment.

Pay & Commission
Starting base salary of $45 000 with growth opportunities through commission
Average first‑year earnings range from $55 000 to $75 000 (base + commission)
Top performers in year 2 and beyond can earn $85 000+
Location Requirements Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Iowa.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads from the contact center
No cold calling – all leads are pre‑qualified
Consult with policyholders to determine appropriate coverages and products
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Participate in a 16‑week training program for licensed hires or an 18‑week training program for unlicensed hires (paid licensing included)
Adhere to a 4‑weekday / 1‑weekend schedule with a mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 a.m.–8 p.m. CST) for at least 12 months before shift changes
Maintain a home workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload)
Use all provided computer equipment as required
Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years required
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
Excellent verbal communication with prospects and customers
Analytical, decision‑making, and organizational abilities
Strong typing skills and PC proficiency
Property & Casualty license required after hire
