- As the Salesforce Administrator you will play a key role in the Salesforce Implementation Team, owning day-to-day configuration, support, and ongoing platform improvement.
- You will provision and manage user accounts, including profiles, permission sets, and licenses.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, set up sandboxes, and support deployments.
- Develop and enhance reports and dashboards to meet dynamic business reporting needs.
- Implement important configuration changes across layouts, custom fields, objects, and app setups.
- Assist the development team with configuration-based enhancements such as flows and validation rules, and support DevOps CI/CD processes.
- Manage data migrations, clean-up, and data quality improvements using tools like Workbench and Data Loader.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Salesforce Administrator role.
- Experience managing user provisioning, license allocation, permission sets, and profiles.
- Hands-on experience with sandbox configuration and environment setup.
- Proven ability to build and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Solid experience with core Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, and app settings).
- Experience in the energy or utilities sector.
- Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin).
- Hands-on with SOQL, Workbench, Data Loader.
- Familiarity with SSO, API security, and integration concepts.
- Salary up to €75,000
