We are working with a leading independent advisory firm to appoint a Manager / Associate Director into their growing Debt Advisory team in Dublin.
The firm provides strategic, conflict-free advice to corporates, sponsors and stakeholders across the full debt lifecycle. The team advises on a broad range of financing situations including acquisitions, refinancings, growth capital and more complex balance sheet scenarios.
The Role
You will play a central role in delivering debt advisory mandates, working closely with senior leadership across Ireland and the UK on high-quality corporate and sponsor-backed transactions.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading day-to-day execution of debt advisory transactions
- Managing end-to-end processes from structuring through to completion
- Developing financing strategies aligned with client objectives
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, lenders and advisors
- Preparing and reviewing financial models, credit analysis and transaction materials
- Supporting lender engagement and negotiation processes
- Working alongside M&A, restructuring and transaction services teams on integrated mandates
- Contributing to business development and client origination
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years’ experience in debt advisory, leveraged finance, corporate banking or corporate finance
- Strong experience working with corporates and/or sponsor-backed businesses
- Proven track record in executing xcfaprz financing transactions
- Strong financial modelling and credit analysis capability
- Confident in a client-facing environment with strong commercial judgement
