IRL QA Engineer

We’re expanding our engineering teams and looking for a QA Engineer to join a project focused on Entitlement platform used by millions of users worldwide.

You’ll support the development of intelligent self-service solutions—including knowledge portals, secure content delivery, and AI-powered search—helping customers find accurate answers quickly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers in an agile, collaborative environment, contributing to product quality, stability, and continuous improvement.

This role plays an important part in ensuring that software meets client expectations, runs reliably at scale, and delivers real value to end users.

• Own and evolve the domain test strategy in collaboration with QA Leads and Solution Architects, ensuring teams follow agreed standards and best practices
  
• Strong experience with test automation architecture using Selenium, Cucumber (BDD), and open-source frameworks in a microservices environment
  
• Lead E2E testing initiatives, including design, maintenance, and automation of end-to-end scenarios, as well as test data management and documentation
  
• Lead and support geographically distributed QA teams, ensuring alignment with priorities, consistent quality standards, and effective delivery
  
• Define and contribute to non-functional testing strategy, including performance and scalability testing using tools such as JMeter
  
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Solution Architects to ensure adequate coverage, identify risks, and drive quality improvements
  
• Coordinate regression testing aligned with release cycles and platform upgrades (e.g. SFDC), ensuring stability of cross-domain functionality
  
• Drive continuous improvement of test frameworks, tooling, and QA practices, contributing to solution-level alignment across teams and domains
  
• Lead QA Engineers in geographically distributed teams following Agile practices
  

• 
  
• 5+ years of professional experience in test automation, including strong hands-on background with Java
  
• Advanced knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks, including Selenium and BDD tools (e.g. Cucumber), Fitnesse, xcfaprz JMeter
  
• Strong experience defining and driving test strategy, ensuring alignment across teams and consistency with quality standards
  
• Solid understanding of CI/CD-based testing, quality gates, and integration of automated tests into delivery pipelines
  
• Proven leadership skills, with experience guiding teams and ensuring adoption of best practices in automation and testing processes
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities at solution level
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders (PMs, POs, Scrum Masters, Architects) to drive quality improvements
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, supporting alignment, knowledge sharing, and transparent reporting across teams
