Service Architect

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite, 2–3 days remote)

Contract Duration: Initial 6 months

Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking an experienced Service Architect with strong expertise in Java applications and exposure to Application Management Services (AMS). The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing services within a managed services environment, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client expectations.

• Design and support Java-based application services within a managed services framework
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective service solutions
  
• Ensure adherence to ITIL and ISO standards in service delivery and operations
  
• Support and enhance applications within retail and/or online banking domains
  
• Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently in high-pressure environments
  
• Provide innovative solutions to complex client requirements
  
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  
• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and service reviews with clients and internal teams

• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with Java applications
  
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ITIL xcfaprz and ISO frameworks
  
• Exposure to retail and/or online banking applications
  
• Experience working in IT outsourcing or managed services environments
  
• Proven ability to prioritize workload and deliver under tight deadlines
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a business-friendly manner
  
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
