Fixed Income Analyst
to join its growing investment team. This is a broad, high-impact role offering exposure to both
credit research and macro strategy , with direct input into investment decision-making.
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys combining
bottom-up credit analysis
with
top-down macro thinking , in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed fundamental and relative value analysis across
investment grade and high yield credit markets
Assess issuer fundamentals including capital structure, financial performance, covenant quality, and credit risks
Develop clear, well-supported investment recommendations, outlining key risks and catalysts
Analyse sovereign and semi-sovereign issuers within global fixed income markets
Monitor macroeconomic trends, central bank policy, and geopolitical developments impacting debt markets
Contribute to internal views on
interest rates, inflation, and broader macro themes
Support asset allocation decisions and fixed income positioning across multi-asset portfolios
Build and enhance analytical tools, dashboards, and screening frameworks
Apply quantitative techniques to improve insights, including
scenario analysis and valuation modelling
Identify patterns and opportunities using data-driven approaches across fixed income markets
Candidate Profile
3–5 years’ experience in areas such as
investment management, credit research, fixed income, or macro strategy
Strong interest in global financial markets, with a quantitative mindset
Solid understanding of macroeconomics and cross-asset relationships xcfaprz
Experience working with large datasets and applying analytical/statistical methods
Familiarity with modelling techniques within fixed income or macro research
Advanced Excel skills; exposure to
Python or R
is advantageous
Progress toward the CFA qualification (or willingness to pursue) is beneficial
Personal Attributes
Proactive, self-starter with strong ownership mentality
Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate investment views
