Working Student (m/f/d) - Salesforce Administration

Become part of our passionate, international, and professional team and support the enhancement of our Salesforce platform and data quality processes while gaining practical experience in a modern, data‑driven organization.

Your Tasks:

• Salesforce Administration & Data Quality: Support daily Salesforce administration, monitor and improve data quality across datasets, and assist users with system‑related questions and tasks.
• Implementation of New Salesforce Marketing Module: Contribute to master data enrichment and cleanup, help create user‑friendly marketing reports and dashboards, and collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth module rollout.
• Ongoing Data Quality Improvements & Tracking: Conduct weekly data quality checks, support users in correcting data entries, and document progress while proposing improvements to data governance processes.
• Tableau Reporting & Salesforce Integration: Create Tableau dashboards and visualizations, ensure consistency with Salesforce reports, and support synchronization and validation of data across systems.

• General Requirements: You are enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business, Data Science, IT, Economics) with at least 12 months of studies remaining and are located in the Erlangen area or able to work on-site when needed.
• Technical Skills: You bring a basic understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus), initial experience with Tableau or a willingness to learn, and an interest in structured data, reporting, and dashboards.
• Soft Skills: You are eager to learn and contribute to AI‑driven process improvements, have a strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail, and communicate well while working effectively in a team.
