We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Birmingham team. This role plays a critical part in supporting our customers, coordinating orders, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from quote to delivery. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries related to product selection, pricing, and delivery timelines. Prepare and follow up on customer quotes; track and manage job quote statuses. Utilize company systems and manufacturer tools for equipment selection and pricing. Enter and expedite job control sheets and factory competitive quotation memos. Facilitate factory orders and coordinate directly with manufacturers as needed. Purchase products from vendors as required to fulfill customer needs. Collaborate with office administration to publish and distribute customer quotes. Attend training sessions at manufacturer facilities and within the company's sales territory to enhance product knowledge. Support sales goals by helping management meet manufacturer quotas and assist in product promotions. What We Offer:

Previous inside sales, customer service, or related experience (preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to learn technical product details and quoting systems Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn internal systems
