Director Executive Search

We are hiring: Executive Search Director | Ireland

We are looking to appoint a senior, commercially driven search leader to our Ireland practice.

This role is focused on partnering with high-growth, ambitious businesses - often VC or PE-backed - supporting them to build leadership teams as they scale locally and internationally.

You will operate at C-suite and board level, working directly with founders, investors and executive teams on critical appointments across multiple sectors.

You will take a leading role in originating and delivering retained executive search mandates, helping shape leadership teams in businesses at pivotal stages of growth.

This is a role for someone who combines commercial instinct with delivery excellence - equally comfortable winning mandates as executing them to a high standard.

• Originate and win retained C-suite and board-level search mandates
  
• Lead and deliver complex executive searches end-to-end
  
• Act as a trusted advisor to founders, CEOs and investors
  
• Build long-term relationships across VC, PE and high-growth ecosystems
  
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the Ireland practice
  

• 
  
• Proven track record of winning and delivering C-suite mandates OR a strong C-Suite network with a track record of engaging at that level
  
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to generate and convert opportunities
  
• Established network across high-growth, VC and PE-backed businesses
  
• 8–12+ years’ experience in executive search or specialist recruitment
  
• Credible, articulate and highly effective with senior stakeholders
  
• High ownership, high standards, and a bias for action
