Our client is a fast-growing and well-regarded advisory firm, specialising in the delivery of tax, audit, and consulting services to a wide range of domestic and international clients. With a strong foothold in the Irish mid-market and ambitious growth plans, their tax team is expanding and currently looking to appoint a Manager within the Private Clients division.

Who should apply?This role would suit a commercially minded tax professional with strong technical expertise in private client services, and a desire to grow within a supportive and ambitious environment.
- Qualified Tax Consultant (AITI/CTA) and/or ACA/ACCA
- Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in a tax management role (practice or industry)
- Strong knowledge of private client tax issues and compliance
- Commercially focused with excellent client relationship skills
- Ability to mentor junior team members and support team development
Reporting to a Director or Partner within the tax leadership team, you will lead and manage a portfolio of private clients while also supporting the wider development of the service line.
- Client Management – Lead a portfolio of private clients, delivering both compliance and advisory services
- Advisory Projects – Manage a range of technical assignments across personal tax, succession, and structuring xcfaprz
- Cross-Border Coordination – Collaborate with international colleagues on global client issues and planning
- Business Development – Support growth initiatives, proposal development, and new client engagement
- Operational Oversight – Contribute to the running of the tax department and firm-wide strategic goals
- People Development – Coach, mentor and develop junior members of the tax team
- Research & Resolution – Analyse technical issues and provide clear, commercial recommendations
- Client Liaison – Act as key point of contact, ensuring timely, responsive and high-quality service delivery
