Key Responsibilities
Invent and Innovate: Lead the design and development of cutting‑edge data science and AI algorithms that challenge the status quo
Collaborate to Scale: Partner with engineering teams to productionize and deploy scalable, high‑impact solutions
Master Large and Complex Data: Drive exploratory analysis, feature engineering, and modeling on massive datasets using cloud tools and platforms
Inspire and Elevate: Mentor fellow data scientists and become a go‑to expert in AI, optimization, or generative techniques
Deliver Impact: Translate complex data into strategic insights that transform business decisions and outcomes
Job Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's, Master's, and/or postgraduate in a quantitative field (Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Analytics, etc.)
5+ years of experience in Data Science or related field with a proven record of business impact. Doctoral level research involving AI/ML techniques may be considered in lieu of professional experience.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python and familiar with major Data Science/machine learning libraries like OpenCV, scikit‑learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, and Pandas.
Demonstrated ability to develop and test code within cloud environments.
Experience with large datasets and developing in cloud computing platforms such as GCP or Azure.
Experience applying analytic methodologies such as Machine Learning, Optimization, Simulation, and Generative and Agentic AI to real‑world problems.
Familiarity with DevOps environments, including tools like Git and CI/CD practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence others to take action.
Ability to work onsite in Cincinnati, OH based office on a hybrid work schedule.
Preferred:
Agentic Development: Experience developing and deploying AI Agents or agentic workflows in any of the major cloud environments.
Familiarity with cutting‑edge frameworks and techniques: evidence of experimenting with the latest releases in foundational models, knowledge graphs, agentic platforms, and the broader AI field.
A commitment to lifelong learning, keeping up to date with the latest technology trends, and a willingness to teach others while learning new techniques.
Ability to influence the business by translating complex topics and techniques into concepts that non‑technical people can understand and buy into.
