Vickerstock is partnering with a leading home builder, to hire a Site Manager for a major residential project in Cork. This is a 2-year fixed term contract with strong career development and top-tier benefits, which will then become a permanent role once new projects are secured in the local area.

The Role

• Lead whiteboard & lookahead meetings.
• Manage Health and Safety onsite and promote a strong safety culture.
• Management of site plant.
• Appoint supervisory positions such as Temporary Works Coordinators and Scaffolding Inspectors etc.
• Management of sub-contractors.
• Delegate responsibilities across your site team.
• Weekly progress reporting, ensuring work is in line with Programme of Works.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards.
