Outbound Sales Executive, Remote

Location: Bolton, BL3 2NT

Salary: £25,500-£27,000 basic salary DOE. OTE £37,000, uncapped commission structure (Top Performer £50k+)

We are expanding our internal sales function and are looking for passionate, driven people to join our Bolton sales function.

Our Outbound Sales Executives play a pivotal part in the success of our business. Your role will involve generating leads through outbound B2B calls, directly connecting with small business owners. You will build relationships and discuss the possibility of selling their business.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients.
• Work from our comprehensive in-house CRM system.
• Arrange appointments for Corporate Directors once a Business Owner expresses interest in taking the conversation further.
• Deliver top-notch service with empathy, diligence, and speed to ensure an impeccable customer experience.

Experience in a sales/target-driven environment is beneficial but not essential. We will provide full training to get you up to speed.
