Project Finance Associate

We have partnered with a growing renewables platform to hire a Project Finance Associate to support a large-scale financing programme, with ~€1bn of capital to be raised over the coming years.

The role offers direct exposure to the structuring and execution of complex debt financings across renewable energy and infrastructure assets, working closely with senior treasury leadership and external lenders.

• Support the execution of project finance and corporate funding transactions
  
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess funding capacity, bankability and covenant compliance
  
• Prepare lender materials, credit analysis and transaction documentation
  
• Coordinate with banks, institutional lenders, advisers and legal counsel
  
• Support ongoing treasury activities including refinancing analysis, drawdowns and reporting
  

• 
  
• 2–5 years’ experience in project finance, infrastructure xcfaprz finance, leveraged finance or corporate finance
  
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  
• Experience working with lenders, advisers or institutional capital providers
  
• Commercial, detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a transaction-driven environment
