Responsibilities:
Design, construct, install, test and maintain data management systems.
Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into a cloud-hosted Azure SQL Server Database.
Build high-performance, scalable pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks, Synapse and related tools as appropriate.
Create and manage dimensional data models to support reporting needs.
Produce comprehensive and detailed documentation of data pipelines, data schemas, and data models.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data acquisition and uses for improved business processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong experience with SQL and Azure SQL Server.
Experience with ETL tools and procedures.
Proven experience in designing and developing scalable data pipelines.
Proficiency in creating dimensional models and tabular models for reporting.
Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies. xcfaprz
