Credit Controller

My client, based in Dublin 24, is seeking an experiencedCredit Controller/Accounts Receivable Specialistfor an immediate start.

The selected candidate will manage customer payments, resolve billing issues, and support accurate financial reporting. This role is critical to maintaining cash flow and ensuring timely collections.

• Process and post customer payments accurately
• Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies
• Follow up on outstanding invoices via phone and email
• Prepare bank deposits and maintain billing records
• Generate AR reports and assist with month-end close
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
• Proven experience in accounts receivable/credit control or a similar role
• Proficiency with accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
