About the Role We are seeking an experienced Organization Design Consultant to support a strategic org design refresh within our Global Finance GBS organization. This role will focus on evaluating and redesigning capabilities across India and Mexico delivery centers, as well as Service Management, Vendor Management, and Treasury Operations.
In this role, you will:
Develop and refine current state and future state org charts
Facilitate workshops and manage workstreams with VP and Senior Director level stakeholders
Conduct limited role leveling using established frameworks
Create role descriptions aligned to future state capabilities
Build high-level process flows and interaction models
Support high-level value case calculations
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
Maintain documentation and knowledge management assets
Who You Are:
10+ years of Organization Design experience (operating model, structure, capability mapping)
Finance organization experience required
Experience working within or supporting Global Business Services (GBS) environments (preferred)
Strong facilitation and executive level communication skills
Ability to produce clear, structured deliverables (org charts, role descriptions, process flows, value cases)
