Quill’s Inside Sales Site Developer Team is seeking motivated, energetic, and customer‑focused sellers who thrive in a fast‑paced environment. In this role, you’ll engage directly with Quill’s managed customer base—public and commercial sector accounts—while driving reactivation and growth opportunities across deeply inactive and prospective customer locations. You’ll make an immediate impact by supporting customers, uncovering new opportunities, building strong relationships, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.
Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to Quill customers who have not ordered in 7+ months
Make daily outbound calls to prospective locations affiliated with a managed customer entity
Accept inbound calls from managed‑entity customers and ensure all needs are met
Negotiate pricing and process special quotes for various customer opportunities
Use order history and customer intel to identify opportunities and drive share‑of‑wallet conversations
Leverage specialized offers and Quill’s value proposition to reactivate customers and meet monthly quotas
Support and grow an open book of business by identifying opportunities, resolving issues, and conducting proactive outreach
Maintain strong communication channels with account managers to relay customer trends and pricing insights
Collaborate with sales specialists and cross‑functional partners to expand revenue across categories
Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs, and pipeline updates
Apply coaching and feedback to continually improve performance
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas and key performance metrics

Basic Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Ability to work onsite in Lincolnshire, IL for first two weeks of training
Able to work an 8‑hour shift between 7:30AM–5PM, onsite 4 days/week (hybrid)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Professional communication skills
Ability to learn new tools/systems quickly
Ability to navigate multiple sales approaches
Strong customer‑first acumen
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years B2B sales or service experience
Proven ability to meet/exceed sales metrics
Strong organization and time management
Experience in fast‑paced, evolving environment
CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
Resilient and able to handle rejection well
Team‑oriented with initiative and enthusiasm
Curious, eager to learn and develop sales skills
