Position Overview We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can create effective, on‑brand creative assets across a wide range of marketing channels, with a strong emphasis on social media, digital marketing, email campaigns, and web design. This role goes beyond aesthetics—you’ll be responsible for producing work that aligns with strategy and performs across platforms.
You’ll work across multiple client accounts in a fast‑paced agency environment, managing a variety of projects at once. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented and comfortable collaborating internally while also communicating directly with clients when needed.
Key Responsibilities Social Media & Digital Ad Design
Design high‑performing social media content (organic + paid) for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube
Create digital ad assets for platforms like Google Ads and Meta
Adapt creative assets to meet platform‑specific requirements, formats, and best practices
Email Marketing & Campaign Design
Design email campaign graphics and layouts for client campaigns in platforms such as Constant Contact
Ensure consistency in branding, layout, and responsiveness across devices
Web & Digital Design
Design website layouts, landing pages, and individual page components
Use common website design templates with customization options such as WordPress and associated plug‑ins
Collaborate with back‑end developers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy
Create web‑ready graphics and assets for development
Branding & Print Design
Develop new logos and follow and/or create brand guidelines
Design print collateral such as business cards, brochures, flyers, and PowerPoint presentations
Collaboration & Client Communication
Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to align creative with strategy
Present design work and strategies to internal team as well as clients while incorporating feedback efficiently
Project Management & Execution
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Maintain strong attention to detail across all deliverables and proofing projects
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media Design, Web Design, or related field
3+ years of graphic design experience (agency experience preferred)
Strong portfolio demonstrating social media and digital ad creative, website design and layouts, branding and logo development, and printed materials such as brochures, one‑pagers, trade publication ads, direct mail, and signage
Experience designing for: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Constant Contact
Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva and/or modern AI‑powered design tools, and WordPress templates and overall web design
Solid understanding of layout, typography/fonts, color, and visual hierarchy, designing for both print and digital environments, and platform‑specific design requirements and best practices
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact directly with clients
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, multi‑client environment
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Portfolio Requirements
At least 2 social media campaigns (multi‑platform preferred)
At least 2 email design examples
At least 2 website design (full page or key sections)
At least 1 branding/logo project
