About The Role As a Business Intelligence / Data Analyst II, you will design, develop, and implement analytical solutions that support decision‑making across the organization. Working under general supervision, you will analyze complex datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders. You will also help ensure data quality, automate repeatable processes, and build interactive dashboards to visualize key business metrics.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement methods to extract and transform complex data from diverse sources
Automate and monitor data quality checks to ensure accurate, reliable datasets for analysis
Perform intermediate‑level analyses using statistical methods and standard analytical tools
Design and build reports and interactive dashboards aligned to stakeholder needs and KPIs
Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and data scientists on larger, technically complex initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to clear documentation and best practices
Conduct root‑cause analysis for data issues and implement sustainable fixes
Support compliance with data governance policies and applicable regulatory requirements
Qualifications
University degree or equivalent experience
2–3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field
Experience analyzing and interpreting large, complex datasets
Proficiency with ETL concepts and data quality practices
Experience building reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Strong understanding of business processes and stakeholder management
Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with advanced analytics, statistical modeling, or data science concepts
Experience with scripting and query languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
Knowledge of data governance best practices and regulatory compliance requirements

This position is hybrid (3 days onsite) in our FIS Office location in Jacksonville, FL. Current and future sponsorship are not available for this position.
