Job Description We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to promote and sell our surface refinishing services to residential and commercial clients. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. Construction or mechanical background is beneficial, but a requirement.
Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
Conduct consultations and assessments to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients
Utilize the CRM system to generate accurate quotes and consistently track all customer follow-ups, ensuring clear documentation and timely communication
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new business and maximize revenue
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to foster repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and strategies
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as defined by management
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
