Sr. Analyst, Sales , you are at the center of the business—transforming sales data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence strategy and performance at SC Johnson. Your work helps account teams win, fuels smarter decisions, and delivers measurable results. You partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Marketing, and have the opportunity to engage with retail buying teams, turning analysis into real‑world impact.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for Supplier One functions of item set, item maintenance, cost changes, and dimensions.
Utilize multiple sources of data for analysis, including Scintilla, Nielsen data, Market Basket, BW, SAP, OLAP, and TPMax.
Responsible for sales forecasting, as it relates to the base business, new items, and display.
Analysis across the respective business unit, as it relates to forecasting, sales performance, new item performance, display incrementality and sell through.
Utilizes POS data to uncover sales opportunities, and helps develop a sales narrative to be presented to the buying team.
This position is a stepping‑stone role; career progression may require the ability to be mobile across the US.
Ownership of eComm/digital health, including PDP’s, item opportunities, content quality, and forecasting.
Required Experience You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years relevant experience or an advanced degree with 1+ years relevant work experience.
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Preferred Experiences and Skills
Some knowledge of sales tools preferred, i.e. Retail Link, Item360, and QMS.
Ability to adapt to changing work and client demands.
Strong communicator, as it comes to internal and external communication.
Job Requirements
Full‑time onsite role in Rogers, AR.
Travel 10%.
Remote work available once a week for eligible employees, after an initial onboarding period of 90 days.
This role is not eligible for relocation.
