As a Business Analyst, you'll contribute analytical work across sales and marketing, balancing technical problem-solving with business understanding and strong collaboration skills. You'll deliver insights that drive decision-making, grow your analytical capabilities, and contribute to a collaborative analytics function in a fast-evolving environment. The role is well suited to someone who can move comfortably between technical analysis, business storytelling, and stakeholder engagement, and who is eager to develop as an analytics professional in a team that values both depth and impact. What you'll do: Conduct and support analytics for Sales and Marketing, helping teams answer business questions, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. Develop and automate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, delivering standardized insights to stakeholders. Establish and maintain reporting standards, measurement frameworks, KPI definitions, and data dictionaries for Sales and Marketing. Validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and provide ongoing data quality oversight. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into clear analytical approaches, actionable insights, and recommendations. Coordinate with the Lead Analyst to deliver statistical analyses that support program scalability and strategic decision-making. Deliver analyses that connect data to business impact, using clear storytelling and effective stakeholder communication. Collaborate with analytics and business partners to leverage tools and data environments such as Looker, SQL, and Python. Contribute to analytics delivery across multiple business areas, fostering collaboration, flexibility, and strong cross-functional partnerships. Build analytical and professional skills by working within a balanced team that combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication. Support effective team ways of working, including stakeholder engagement and understanding of broader business context. Contribute to a culture of high standards, curiosity, and practical problem-solving in a data-driven environment. What you'll bring: Someone with technical credibility who communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. An analytical thinker who can connect detailed findings to the bigger picture and turn complex information into clear stories and recommendations. A flexible, practical problem solver who is focused on building stronger processes. Someone who can work effectively with partners across functions through thoughtful communication, responsiveness, and sound decision-making. Relevant analytics experience, with background working in analytics roles ideally in the 3-5 year range. Strong analytical and technical foundation, including experience with SQL and Python. Experience with Looker is highly valued; familiarity with BigQuery is helpful. Solid understanding of statistics and the ability to apply quantitative methods in a business setting. Experience working with business data and reporting environments; Salesforce experience is a strong plus.
