Description and Location
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support initiatives involving regulatory compliance, security frameworks, and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate brings hands-on BA experience across prior projects, strong documentation and stakeholder skills, and exposure to CMClient and/or NIST frameworks. Experience with Client is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across multiple projects
Translate regulatory and compliance needs (CMClient, NIST) into clear, actionable requirements
Partner with technical teams, security stakeholders, and business owners to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
Support solution design, validation, and user acceptance activities
Maintain high-quality documentation including BRDs, user stories, process flows, and traceability matrices
Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery through delivery
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated Business Analyst experience across multiple past projects
Experience working with or supporting initiatives related to CMClient and/or NIST frameworks
Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work effectively in complex, regulated environments
Preferred / Nice to Have
Client knowledge or experience
Experience supporting security, compliance, or risk-related programs
Consulting or client-facing experience.
