Attending Physician

AlignMed Partners is seeking an Attending Physician to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. As an Attending Physician, you will provide comprehensive, evidence-based medical care while overseeing the clinical management of patients across a variety of settings. You will serve as the primary physician of record, performing thorough histories and physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing differential diagnoses, and creating individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and current clinical guidelines. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of advanced practice providers, nurses, care coordinators, and ancillary staff to ensure seamless, high-quality, and timely care. You will supervise and mentor clinical staff where appropriate, provide medical direction, and support a culture of continuous learning and professional development. The Attending Physician will actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical protocol development, and the implementation of innovative care models that enhance patient safety, outcomes, and satisfaction. You will document all encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record, maintain compliance with regulatory and payer requirements, and support population health efforts through proactive management of chronic conditions and preventive care. This position requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage patients and families in shared decision-making.
