Are you a data-driven engineering leader who can take a high-performing team and elevate it to the next level?

This is a high-impact AVP role within a truly data-driven organisation, where your work will directly shape key business and investment decisions. You’ll lead the development of next-generation data and BI platforms, playing a central role in defining both technical direction and strategy.

You’ll manage a team of talented data engineers alongside a dedicated Power BI function, supporting their growth while elevating engineering standards. With the previous manager recently promoted, you’ll step into a well-supported environment with strong mentorship and clear progression.

This role offers the perfect balance of leadership and hands‑on impact, giving you the opportunity to work with modern technologies (python, AWS and BI tools), stay close to the tech when needed, and continuously strengthen your leadership capabilities while driving meaningful change.
