Position Description:

Provide day-to-day customer service operations, including assisting customers, answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments and route deliveries for bottled water and salt, maintaining and entering data in NetSuite, and supporting basic collections and bookkeeping tasks.

This position is flexible to work part-time, flexible hours. Availability can be discussed during interview.

May cover the Niagara, Wisconsin as needed as well.

Job Qualifications:

• Associate degree preferred with hands-on customer service experience.
• Route scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience
• Basic understanding of general service installation duties.
