The Opportunity
We are a fast-paced State Farm Agency in Boulder looking for a relentless Sales Associate who thrives on competition and "the win". Unlike agencies that expect you to find your own business, we purchase high-quality leads for you. Your mission is simple: reach out, build rapport, and close the deal.

Core Responsibilities
- Aggressive Lead Follow-Up : Conduct high-volume outbound calling, texting, and emailing to agency-provided leads.
- Needs-Based Selling : Identify customer needs and market appropriate State Farm products, including Auto, Home, and Life insurance.
- Goal Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and activity metrics.
- Expert Education : Guide potential clients through their coverage options with absolute confidence, ensuring they understand the value of being with State Farm.
- Competitive & Driven : You aren't satisfied with "average." You are motivated by performance-based bonuses and want to see your name at the top of the leaderboard.
- Resilient : You have "thick skin." You understand that sales is a numbers game and rejection doesn't slow you down.
- Highly Confident : You possess the interpersonal skills to command a conversation and build immediate trust with total strangers.
- Proactive : You don't wait for instructions; you see a lead and you hunt it.
- Licensing : Must have or be able to obtain Colorado Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
- Experience : Prior sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred, but a "killer" instinct is mandatory.
- Location : Ability to work in-office in Boulder, CO.
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commission : Base pay ranges typically start between $40,000$50,000 depending on experience, with total earning potential of $70,000$100,000+ for high performers.
- Growth Potential : Clear path for advancement into leadership or your own agency.
- Benefits : Options often include 20 PTO Days, 401(k) matching (3%), and health insurance stipend up to $250/month.
