Badger Brothers Moving is one of the fastest growing companies in Wisconsin. As we continue to expand throughout the state, we're looking for high-quality people to grow with us by joining our Sales & Customer service team.
Were hiring Sales / Customer Service Representatives to join a disciplined, high-standards team built on:

This is an inbound, office-based sales role in Madison, WI.
What Youll Do
  • Handle inbound phone calls and emails from customers requesting moving estimates
  • Lead structured sales conversations using our proven call framework (we train you)
  • Ask strong questions, build value, present price confidently, and close
  • Follow up with unscheduled leads
  • Participate in regular call monitoring, reviews, and coaching sessions
  • Continuously improve by mastering the fundamentals of great sales calls

This Role Is NOT a Fit If:
  • You dislike call reviews or coaching
  • You prefer improvising instead of following a system
  • You want a low-feedback, low-accountability environment
  • Youre just looking for a temporary job or a pay check
  • You often call off work or struggle with attendance
Compensation:
  • $ /hour PLUS commission
  • Agents averaging $22-25/hour WITH commissions added
