Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business and provide tailored insurance solutions to existing clients.
  • Identify and qualify leads from multiple sources.
  • Recommend customized Allstate products to suit each customers needs.
  • Be a trusted advisor to your neighborshelp them feel secure about the future.
  • Help clients understand the value of insurance, without the jargon.
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience every time.
Requirements:
  • Must be currently licensed (Property/Casualty or Personal Lines)
  • Comfortable engaging in sales conversations.
  • Motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
