About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a growing team of three, with plans to continue expanding. Before becoming an agent, I practiced law and am also a fantasy and science fiction writer, bringing a unique blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and communication into agency ownership. Im proud to be the only double Ivy League graduate to own a State Farm agency in the companys 100+ year history, and I bring that same standard of excellence into how I build and develop my team.
Community and relationships matter deeply to me. Ive served for six years on the Parent Board at Seattles Holy Names Academy for Girls and value long-term commitment, service, and showing up for others. Those values carry directly into our workplace culture.
For our team, we offer strong training and professional development opportunities, a monthly health stipend, licensing reimbursement, and a real emphasis on work-life balance. Our culture is grounded in fundamentals that require zero talent but make all the difference: positive attitude, strong work ethic, effort, energy, coachability, preparation, and passion. Were looking for team members who are driven, committed to growth, and ready to put in the work to build something meaningful together.
