Customer Service & Design Support Specialist
This position is responsible for assisting customers throughout the entire mural selection and quoting process for LimitlessWalls.com, a custom print-on-demand wall mural company. The role works directly with clients to understand their space, style, and vision, helping guide them to the perfect mural or assisting in the creation of a custom design for their interior design project.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, preparing accurate quotes, answering product and installation questions, and providing thoughtful design guidance to ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role also collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure projects move smoothly from concept to order.
This is an in-person, full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, personable, and enjoys helping customers bring their spaces to life through custom wall art.
