The Performance Insights Coordinator supports marketing, revenue management, and operations by assisting with daily reporting, data management, and performance tracking initiatives. This role focuses on maintaining accurate and timely reporting, supporting campaign tracking infrastructure, and responding to ongoing and ad hoc analytics needs across the business.
You will work closely with the Director, Marketing Data Strategy & Analytics and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing & revenue management performance data is reliable, organized, and actionable.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to support marketing and operational decision-making.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests based on business initiatives, campaigns, and leadership needs.
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and recurring reports in Power BI and other analytics tools.
- Compile, organize, and validate marketing performance data to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs.
- Support campaign tracking by maintaining UTM structures, assisting with GA4 configuration checks, and supporting GTM tagging processes.
- Conduct routine data quality audits to ensure alignment across platforms and reporting systems.
- Assist with media budget tracking and reconciliation in partnership with Finance and Operations.
- Prepare data and materials for performance review meetings and internal reporting discussions.
- Document reporting processes and tracking standards to improve efficiency and consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Understanding of marketing funnel analysis and digital performance measurement.
- Up to 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, digital marketing, or related role (internships included).
- Strong Excel skills required.
- Familiarity with GA4, UTM structures, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) platforms.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Comfortable working with data, structured processes, and recurring reporting cycles.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Monday.com, etc) is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in marketing analytics and performance measurement.
