Position Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, outgoing, and ultra-organized Sales & Experience Coordinator to serve as the vital link between our customers and our field teams. This is a proactive role designed for someone who thrives on driving revenue through world-class customer engagement and meticulous lead management.
You will own the customer journey, from the moment a prospect enters our system to the final quality assurance follow-up after a project is complete. This role requires a unique blend of social energy and technical discipline to manage multiple software systems and high-volume communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Manage all incoming inquiries across phone, web, and social media platforms to ensure no prospect is left waiting.
- Outbound Sales & Nurturing: Execute consistent outbound outreach via calls, texts, and emails to nurture new prospects and re-engage past customers.
- Multi-Platform Coordination: Maintain data integrity and manage workflows across HubSpot, BuilderTrend, and HouseCall Pro.
- Customer Experience & Quality Assurance: Conduct post-project follow-up calls to ensure total satisfaction and manage the process of generating positive customer reviews.
- Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule appointments for the outside sales team and department leads.
- Brand Representation: Monitor and respond to social media posts and requests, serving as a professional voice for the company.
- Daily Reporting: Provide daily updates on lead activity, communication volume, and any customer service issues identified during follow-ups.
Qualifications & Personality Traits
- The "Outgoing Organizer": Naturally extroverted and comfortable initiating conversations, while remaining obsessed with lists, schedules, and order.
- Technical Agility: Proficiency in HubSpot is preferred but not required. Emphasis is placed on someone who can quickly become proficient in our various software systems. You must be comfortable working within multiple software systems simultaneously.
- Self-Starter: Ability to manage a fast-paced desk with minimal supervision in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Experience: 2+ years in proactive sales, lead generation, or high-level customer service.
Compensation
Base Salary: $45,000 $50,000 (commensurate with experience).
Performance Bonus: Monthly incentives tied to lead conversion and customer satisfaction metrics.
Total Potential Earnings: $60,000 $75,000
