• High school diploma or equivalent
• 12+ years of sales experience (inside sales, memberships, enrollment, or service-based sales preferred)
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with warm leads
• Experience working independently and managing goals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Experience in a membership-based business (fitness, childcare, swim schools, etc.)
• CRM or customer management software experience
• Experience working with families or in a child-focused environment
• Additional education in business, communications, or related field is a plus

• Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification required within 90 days of employment - training available on site .
