Triage and support the commercial off the shelf products currently in place at DES, primarily manufactured by CA (75%) Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting information related (15%) Work with the product vendor to resolve software issues (10%) Advanced experience with Windows Server 2003 and higher Intermediate experience with MS SQL Server 2008 and higher (2-3 years) Beginner experience with MySQL and ITIL (1 year) Advanced experience with CA Service Desk, SOI, Spectrum, EHealth, MS Systems Center, Operations Manager (SCOM) and Configuration Manager (3-5 years) Intermediate experience with Unix applications (2-3 years) Additional Information
