Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a background in economics, information technology, or a related field, complemented by extensive practical experience in process and organizational analysis within financial services. A solid understanding of SAP FS-CD, especially in areas such as dunning procedures and archiving, is essential. Proven experience with agile and traditional project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, is required. Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence will be advantageous. Additionally, knowledge of object‑oriented programming languages such as Java is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to independently drive projects and deliver innovative solutions. A proactive approach, excellent self‑organization, and decision‑making capabilities are key attributes for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Gather and analyze user requirements for SAP FS-CD modules, assessing their feasibility, economic viability, and relevance to organizational goals.
Create detailed user stories, process models, and solution concepts, including data and process flow diagrams (BPMN) to guide development teams.
Oversee the technical implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and providing support during testing phases, including backlog refinement and error analysis.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and relevant departments to ensure optimal outcomes, offering expert advice and facilitating effective communication across teams.
Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Participate in project planning, risk management, and documentation to support sustainable development and operational excellence.
Support the integration of new functionalities and upgrades within the SAP environment, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
