What You’ll Do As part of our
Inside Sales
team, you'll partner closely with Outside Sales, Purchasing, and customers to move opportunities forward and deliver value.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing quotes, follow‑ups, and closing opportunities
Processing purchase orders, acknowledgements, expedites, and RMAs
Partnering with Outside Sales to build pipeline and strengthen customer
Relationships
Researching accounts, identifying key contacts, and generating interest
Maintaining profitability while supporting inventory and supply chain solutions
Updating opportunities in Marsh's Customer Relationship Management system
This
Inside Sales
role allows you to strengthen

while playing a critical role in revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages)
Occasional overnight travel (less than 5%)
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
1–3 years of industrial sales and/or customer service experience
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Physical Requirements
Regular speaking and listening
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
Occasional reaching and lifting up to 25 pounds
