About Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) emerged from the front yard lemonade stand of 4-year-old Alexandra “Alex” Scott, who was fighting cancer and wanted to raise money to find cures for all children with cancer. Her spirit and determination inspired others to support her cause, and when she passed away at the age of 8, she had raised $1 million. Since then, the Foundation bearing her name has evolved into a national fundraising movement. Today, ALSF is one of the leading funders of pediatric cancer research in the U.S. and Canada, raising more than $300 million so far, funding over 1,500 research projects and providing programs to families affected by childhood cancer. Description The Communications Team at Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) operates as a full-service, in-house agency, driving awareness and engagement for the foundation’s fundraising initiatives through strategic, creative, and digital efforts. ALSF is seeking a dynamic and data-driven Digital Marketing Associate to support and enhance the performance of these campaigns. This role is responsible for analyzing and optimizing digital marketing efforts across social media, email campaigns, and website content, with a strong focus on improving engagement and conversion outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of digital marketing best practices. The applicant should possess a collaborative, mission-driven mindset and offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a team dedicated to advancing the fight against childhood cancer. This is a full-time, hybrid position reporting to the Social Media Team Manager, requiring a minimum of three in-office workdays per week at ALSF’s Bala Cynwyd, PA location.
Responsibilities
Become an expert on conversion data within our digital platforms.
Compile reports on conversion data and other Foundation performance analytics in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Sprout Social, Meta, NetSuite, website and other systems.
Assist with A/B testing of webpages and other content for optimization purposes.
Provide assistance to web team for creating/editing webpages in Drupal and emails in HubSpot.
Assist with interpreting data and make recommendations for optimizing our campaign performance.
Assist with SEO, suggest and implement content improvements on ALSF’s website.
Provide website troubleshooting assistance to ALSF supporters and internal staff.
Use Excel functions to sort and compile data from Foundation sources.
Key Requirements
Demonstrated proficiency with marketing reporting and analytics.
Ability to interpret analytics and make suggestions to improve performance.
Knowledge of HTML to build webpages or willingness to learn.
Medium to high level proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to pivot and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Google Analytics and social media analytics software like Sprout Social a plus.
