As the Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in crafting compelling visual stories that bring Akel Homes’ communities to life. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to develop creative assets that captivate, inform, and inspire across multiple platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities
Creative Concepting
– Conceptualize and execute visually impactful designs that align with brand strategy and marketing goals.
Marketing Collateral Design
– Design a wide range of marketing materials including brochures, signage, print and digital advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website content.
Community Branding
– Contribute to community brand development from concept through launch and closeout.
Promotional Support
– Develop visual assets to support promotions, sales events, and company initiatives.
Logo & Identity Design
– Create and refine logos and branding systems for new communities.
Brand Consistency
– Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all channels and deliverables.
Trend Awareness
– Stay current on design trends in real estate, lifestyle, and technology, including AI-powered creative tools.
Deadline Management
– Work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality creative standards.
Additional Duties
– Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
One year or more of professional graphic design experience; experience in real estate, homebuilding, or lifestyle industries preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and mediums.
Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools with a curiosity to explore emerging design technologies.
Comfortable using Canva to design and customize branded templates.
Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
Ability to accept feedback and revise work accordingly.
Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for branding, innovation, and storytelling.
Positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically, use available resources, and move projects forward.
Preferred Qualifications
HTML knowledge and video editing skills.
