We are seeking a Corporate
Graphic Designer
to join our Marketing team. This role focuses on the high-quality execution of on-brand visual assets across digital and print channels, supporting marketing, sales, and internal communications. This position is located in our corporate office in
Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate is a business-minded creative—someone who is technically precise and energized by a fast-paced production workflow, leveraging modern design tools and AI-assisted workflows to drive efficiency. You are a collaborative problem-solver who is comfortable with iterative feedback and motivated to evolve into a strategic creative lead within our brand. This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager. Monday to Friday Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Development
Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all creative deliverables.
Design marketing collateral including brochures, sell sheets, catalogs, look books, and presentations.
Support campaign creative for promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
Create digital assets for email, website, social media, and digital advertising.
Design internal communications materials and occasional signage or packaging.
Production & Execution
Prepare files for print and digital production with attention to quality and accuracy.
Manage versioning, resizing, and adaptation of assets across channels.
Organize and maintain digital assets within the company\'s DAM platform.
Work from creative briefs while managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
Collaboration & Partnership
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to understand objectives and intent.
Partner with external vendors, printers, and agencies as needed.
Function as a creative collaborator—open to ideas, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of professional design experience
Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
Strong portfolio demonstrating
range across print and digital media.
Proficiency in:
Adobe Creative Suite
Canva
Managing assets via DAM platforms
Pre-press/production basics
Working knowledge of:
CMS platforms like Webflow or WordPress for basic site updates
Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or Klaviyo) to build and deploy campaigns.
Basic HTML/CSS and UI/UX principles
AI-assisted design workflows (e.g., Adobe Firefly or Generative Fill) for production efficiency.
Bonus Skills
Experience with Figma
Basic motion graphics (Adobe After Effects)
Easy Catalog or similar catalog platforms
