Work environment
Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office
Hybrid work schedule at the Peoria, IL location (downtown building LC)
Education & Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
5-7 years of relevant analytics or data analysis experience
Required Technical Skills
Strong experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI - tools such as Power BI or Tableau)
Ability to work with large datasets and perform data validation
Experience creating dashboards, reports, and presentations for business audiences
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data clearly to non‑technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
